If you are a young person, please give us a call or drop in. We will take your details and someone will call you back as soon as possible. If you need urgent legal advice, we will try to provide this straight away. If you can’t call us during business hours, leave us a voice mail message after hours, or email us. Remember to give us your name and contact details, and let us know the best time to call you back.
If you are under 18 and need urgent advice about police or criminal law issues, you can call the Legal Aid Youth Hotline on 1800 10 18 10. They are open from 9am to midnight Monday to Thursday, and 24 hours weekends and public holidays.
If you are a youth worker or service provider wishing to refer a client, please call or email us with as much detail as you can about the young person and their legal issues.
If you are a parent or relative wishing to refer a family member, please ask the young person to contact us directly.
